Canyoning ADVENTURE
Details
Find yourself “lost” between rocks and trees on what we consider to be a natural “step-up” from the Nordeste canyon. Challenge your skills in spots where you only get access through this activity.
Arriving at the activity site, our guides will give you an overview of the adventure, brief you on the safety basics and instruct you how to gear up. At key spots additional safety and technical briefings will be provided. We start with a hike along an old hydroelectric power plant and then through volcanic fumaroles that show that the island is still “very alive”. This approach will take around 20 minutes. On the canyon you’ll experience rappelling a series of great waterfalls that lead to the final mind-blowing 25 meter rappel at Salto do Cabrito!
